THE PROBLEM
I worked together with my partners Simran Mhatre and Xinyuan Zhang to research and design a strategic plan to improve visibility of the Arts Alliance of Greater Bloomington (AAGB), per their desire to increase visitation both to their online spaces and their in-store location after the Covid-19 pandemic caused their membership numbers to fall and their online directory of local artists to become unreliable and decentralized.
This design analyzed and extrapolated insights from the organization's social media pages, two websites, and those stakeholders involved in keeping the organization active and current. Upon the completion of our project, we submitted an improved online experience design to the AAGB in the form of a variety of changes to their current online presence, an update to the design of their website, and consolidation of several redundant aspects of their online presence. We also outlined a plan for a better newsletter and promotion of artists. When implemented, these combined strategic design elements should show a marked increase in online and in-store visitation.

WEBSITE REDESIGN
We proposed the following website design to better meet the needs of the AAGB's target audience. The callouts to the right indicate specific design opportunities which we utilize to better effect with the improved design.
